מדיניות פרטיות
מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד NOWVIEW (אימפקט מערכות תוכנה (1996) בע״מ, ח.פ. 512275983, דרך דוד בן גוריון 24, רמת גן) אוספת, משתמשת ומגנה על מידע באתר nowview.io, במערכת app.nowview.io ובאפליקציית NOW לאנדרואיד ול-iOS.
המערכת משמשת ארגונים. הארגון שפתח את החשבון הוא בעל הנתונים שהוא מזין, ואנו מעבדים אותם עבורו.
איזה מידע אנו אוספים
- פרטים שתמסרו בטפסים — שם, אימייל, טלפון ושם העסק.
- פרטי משתמש במערכת — שם, אימייל, טלפון והארגון שאליו אתם שייכים, לצורך כניסה והרשאות.
- נתונים עסקיים שהארגון מזין — אנשי קשר, ארגונים, פעילויות, מסמכים, הצעות מחיר וחשבוניות.
- באפליקציה — מזהה התקנה, סוג המכשיר וגרסת האפליקציה, כדי לחבר את המכשיר לחשבון ולאפשר לנתק אותו מרחוק.
- נתוני שימוש טכניים, כגון סוג דפדפן, כתובת IP ויומני שגיאות.
- העדפות שבחרתם באתר (שפה, ערכת צבע, הגדרות נגישות) הנשמרות מקומית בדפדפן שלכם.
האפליקציה אינה ניגשת לאנשי הקשר, למיקום, למצלמה או למיקרופון של המכשיר, ואינה אוספת מידע לפרסום.
השימוש במידע
המידע משמש למתן השירות, לכניסה מאובטחת, ליצירת קשר בעקבות פנייתכם, לתמיכה, לשיפור השירות ולעמידה בדרישות הדין (למשל הפקת חשבוניות). איננו מוכרים את המידע שלכם, והנתונים שאתם מזינים למערכת אינם משמשים לפרסום.
עוגיות באתר
באתר nowview.io יש שני סוגים של עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן:
- הכרחיים: העדפות שבחרתם (שפה, ערכת צבע, נגישות), הבחירה שלכם לגבי עוגיות, ומקור ההגעה לאתר (למשל איזו מודעה) שמצורף לפנייה ששלחתם.
- מדידה ופרסום: Google Analytics, Google Ads ו-Meta, שעוזרים לנו להבין איך הגעתם אלינו ולהזכיר לכם את NOW גם מחוץ לאתר. הם פועלים רק אם אישרתם.
באתר אין פרסומות של צדדים שלישיים, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מקום לפרסום או מידע על גולשים.
אפשר לשנות את הבחירה בכל עת בקישור "הגדרות עוגיות" בתחתית האתר. מערכת NOW עצמה (app.nowview.io) אינה משתמשת בעוגיות פרסום.
שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים
המידע נשמר אצל ספקי תשתית שמשרתים אותנו בלבד: מסד נתונים ואחסון (Supabase), אירוח (Vercel) ושירותי ענן (Google Cloud). באתר nowview.io, ורק אם אישרתם עוגיות מדידה, גם Google ו-Meta לצורך מדידת מודעות. מידע יימסר לרשויות רק כשהדין מחייב זאת.
אבטחה
התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), נתוני כל ארגון מופרדים ברמת מסד הנתונים, ובאפליקציה פרטי הכניסה נשמרים באחסון המוצפן של המכשיר.
שמירת מידע ומחיקת חשבון
המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ולאחר מכן רק ככל שהדין מחייב (למשל מסמכים חשבונאיים). למחיקת המשתמש שלכם והמידע האישי הקשור אליו, שלחו בקשה מכתובת האימייל הרשומה אל sales@impactsoft.co.il, או פנו למנהל המערכת בארגון שלכם. נטפל בבקשה בתוך 30 יום ונאשר את המחיקה. ניתן גם לנתק כל מכשיר מהחשבון בכל עת, מתוך המערכת.
הזכויות שלכם
זכותכם לעיין במידע שנאסף עליכם, לתקנו או לבקש את מחיקתו, בכפוף לדין. לפניות בנושא פרטיות: sales@impactsoft.co.il.
ילדים
השירות מיועד לעסקים ואינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 18.

Privacy policy
This policy explains how NOWVIEW (Impact Software Systems (1996) Ltd., company no. 512275983, 24 David Ben Gurion Road, Ramat Gan, Israel) collects, uses and protects information on nowview.io, in the system at app.nowview.io and in the NOW app for Android and iOS.
The system is used by organizations. The organization that opened the account owns the data it enters, and we process that data on its behalf.
What we collect
- Details you submit in forms — name, email, phone and company name.
- User details in the system — name, email, phone and the organization you belong to, for sign-in and permissions.
- Business data your organization enters — contacts, organizations, activities, documents, quotes and invoices.
- In the app — an install identifier, the device type and the app version, to pair the device with your account and let you sign it out remotely.
- Technical usage data, such as browser type, IP address and error logs.
- Preferences you choose on the site (language, color theme, accessibility settings), stored locally in your browser.
The app does not access your device's contacts, location, camera or microphone, and collects no data for advertising.
How we use it
To provide the service, secure sign-in, contact you following your request, provide support, improve the service and meet legal requirements (for example, issuing invoices). We do not sell your information, and the data you enter into the system is never used for advertising.
Cookies on this site
nowview.io uses two kinds of cookies and browser storage:
- Necessary: your preferences (language, theme, accessibility), your cookie choice, and how you reached the site (for example, which ad), attached to an enquiry you send.
- Measurement and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta, which help us understand how you found us and remind you about NOW outside this site. They run only if you accept.
This site shows no third-party ads, and we do not sell ad space or visitor data.
You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. The NOW system itself (app.nowview.io) uses no advertising cookies.
Sharing with third parties
Data is held by infrastructure providers that serve us only: database and storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel) and cloud services (Google Cloud). On nowview.io, and only if you accept measurement cookies, also Google and Meta for ad measurement. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), each organization's data is isolated at the database level, and in the app sign-in credentials are kept in the device's encrypted storage.
Retention and account deletion
We keep data while the account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records). To delete your user and the personal data linked to it, email sales@impactsoft.co.il from your registered address, or ask your organization's administrator. We handle requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion. You can also sign any device out of your account at any time from within the system.
Your rights
You have the right to review, correct or request deletion of your information, subject to law. For privacy requests: sales@impactsoft.co.il.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
