השימוש באתר NOWVIEW ובשירותי אימפקט מערכות כפוף לתנאים שלהלן. מפעילת האתר והשירות היא אימפקט מערכות תוכנה (1996) בע״מ, ח.פ. 512275983, דרך דוד בן גוריון 24, רמת גן. עצם הגלישה באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
השירות
NOWVIEW היא מערכת לניהול קשרי לקוחות. אנו עשויים לעדכן, להוסיף או להסיר תכונות מעת לעת, לשם שיפור השירות.
שימוש מותר
- אין לעשות שימוש לרעה באתר, לפגוע באבטחתו או להפר זכויות של צדדים שלישיים.
- התוכן, העיצוב והסימנים המסחריים באתר הם קניינה של אימפקט מערכות ואין להעתיקם או לעשות בהם שימוש ללא רשות בכתב.
הגבלת אחריות
השירות מסופק כפי שהוא (AS IS). במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, אימפקט מערכות לא תישא באחריות לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש באתר או מאי-יכולת להשתמש בו.
דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי בלבד, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.

Use of the NOWVIEW website and Impact Systems services is subject to the following terms. The site and service are operated by Impact Software Systems (1996) Ltd., company no. 512275983, 24 David Ben Gurion Road, Ramat Gan, Israel. Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The service
NOWVIEW is a customer relationship management system. We may update, add or remove features from time to time to improve the service.
Permitted use
- You may not misuse the site, compromise its security, or infringe the rights of third parties.
- The content, design and trademarks on the site are the property of Impact Systems and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided AS IS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Systems shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
